New Patients

Welcome to our practice! Before your first appointment, you’re likely to have a few questions. Please feel free to give us a call if you have a question we don’t answer here.

For a dental issue that needs immediate attention, we can make an appointment with Dr. Robertson right away. If it’s been more than six months since your last checkup, we recommend making an appointment with one of our dental hygienists. Afterward, Dr. Robertson will evaluate your teeth and gums to create a personalized care plan. If you’re transferring from another dental office, we can help you obtain your records and current X-rays from them.

Do I need to fill out any forms before my appointment?

It’s not required, but it will save time! All of our intake forms are available on this website. We’ll need the HIPAA Release Form, New Patient Intake Form, and Office Policy Form. The intake form is available in Spanish.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We don’t think that your ability to pay should stand in the way of your access to high quality medical care. For some procedures, we can set up automatic monthly payments with your credit card. We also accept Care Credit, which is an interest-free credit card for medical and dental expenses.

Do you file insurance for your patients?

Yes! We work with most major insurance, and we will file your claim directly with your provider.

Is Dr. Robertson gentle?

Dr. Robertson is very gentle. If you have any particular concerns, let him or your dental hygienist know during your appointment. We are happy to tailor your care to your needs, and we never want you to be stressed while you are in our office.
